I go up to the balcony area to do my usual stretches/centering on a yoga mat. I have kept my yoga mat tucked away in that area for YEARS now. As I arrive to that area my Yoga mat is gone and clearly thrown away. Yes, it is not a huge value especially since I bought it at Ross. But this goes to show that there is something REALLY wrong with the MANAGEMENT and the LEADERS that are connected with AFFORDABLE housing. WTF? 

Oh. And there were small personal vegetable gardens from other tenants that were gone as well. Because DEMOCRAT beliefs feel strongly this will cure the world from corona virus. HAHAHA!

Mind you.....please be feeble minded, helpless non english speaking portrayal oh what they are trying to look as though have achieved in society. And with that...please take the free rotting reject vegetables that are of course free thanks to them. In the "community room". But don't you dare grow your own and educate the world!

Well. Here is my unprecedented B.S......

 "You can't deny climate change" "You can no longer just pump gas at the gas station and ignore what is going on"- As spoken by a particular Governor.

I am not gonna lie. It  is though he turned visiting disaster sites in a hobby of his. And oh boy....does he confirm he lives in a disconnected bubble when that is the best he is got regarding climate change. I believe more so the idea that the mismanagement is highly intentional for his political goals. 

And well. Here is my most recent unexpected experience in life and work to confirm how disconnected those that use the out of touch argument for "climate change".

And no. We are not climate change deniers.  We have been the California forgotten working class survivors. 

We are the ones that have to find help with out smogs. Because no matter how hard we work we can't afford a car new enough or parts perfect enough to pass the stupid smog TEST. More with that in regards to corruption....

Well. After the disaster and imposed on unemployment I of course willing to take on any opportunity presented to me. Via indeed I replied a request for an interest as a production associate. Turns out this was an agency representing for a notorious local EV manufacture...

Well of course I was not going to turn it down...

Long story short. I was shocked. No in a good supervised way. And this has nothing to do with the EV product itself and the objective the product has. This has to do with pervasive denial Californians especially those who have the their heart/money for the purpose of EV...

Almost all of these "production associates" commuted from Modesto, Stockton, Manteca, Sacramento. All areas at least 1hr and 30 min one way...that is a 3hr hour commute (with no traffic) every shift. Also...all the ones that asked where I was from had no clue where Mountain View is. A town that is 15 min a from the manufacturing site. 

Not only is the production for this product is the exact opposite "sustainable", but there developed adults who do not consider their location nor know other part of the state. And these individuals are putting together a vehicles that are being produced to the masses. 

So. Mr Governor. And all those who have the audacity to assume "climate change" is perpetuated by "climate change deniers who love to pump oil" take a good a look at yourself first. 

All I can do is point out what I see. Actually....I was just terminated by what I now learned shady temp agency for speaking up....

I don't have the power or the magnetism for influence. All I can do is start somewhere and stand up for myself.

My UI journey....

May 7th-

work called - inquired if I want to start on the 15th packaging boxs. Currently unsure. 

The idea of applying to EDD. The point I needed to make is that EDD issue is the leadership and organization.  With imposed directions to use the internet which is not effective they assume that those apply are guilty until proven innocent. 

May 8th- Friday

Got through to a rep of some sort (no clarity of what department). But it was a phone number shared in a Facebook group dedicated to those struggling in obtaining their UI. 

May 9 (saturday)- Got my claim adjusted to PAU. Showing up as duplicated. Might need to call to correct that.

May 11-Monday
Claim History has a mind of its own. They also took my $600 and put it towards over payment which is not part of the agreement as advertised by the Feds:

May 13- Wednesday
Received appeal form and determination stating I do not qualify for PAU??
Appeal will be filled out and mailed USPS certified tomorrow May 14th Thursday.

California EDD continued...

Finding Facebook groups to assist the EDD journey has been a great help. It is also proof that if the right minds come together solutions happen. Proof that Californias EDD is incompetent. If Volunteers who do not work for the establishment are able to support and help fellow residents navigate the system then what does that mean for the establishment itself.H

 

Here is an example of an appeal form. I personally filled this out twice. But lets be real. This is beyond impractical. 

I understand that UI needs to be designed to deter recipients from using it on the regular. But they are better off holding themselves as an example in accountability which they are from.

Latest example of this: They requested us to fill out a form that was mailed to us. There was not much in specifications in regards to this. 

Stimulus check should be deposited this week. I am receiving assistance in rent from someone who does not need their stimulus.

 I am supposedly still on the list for rent relief. I did inquire if I will still qualify for the program and if so which month should I  acknowledge the rent payment. This is the support I will be eyeing more at this time. I still have faith they will follow through, but the process lack urgency and if the party seeking the assistance did not have help in addition would end up on the street. So more on the community service efforts later..... (by the way not my first time needing them and I notice a pattern).

I was finally able to start a new claim through EDD without the website crashing. I did mark it as the reason being public health. As I read through the instructions I feel that I did this correctly.  Crossing my fingers there are no issues. But as anyone who has experienced EDD in the recent past EDD is overly confident with their formatting and that means they do no wrong. Anything that is a mistake on them  is only assumed as your mistake....there is not true accountability method. The closest is by letter and you have to "Appeal." It is not referred to as snail mail for no reason. We can now also refer it to as deflect accountability, allow the stress extend in a EDD participant  over time which is a great recipe to have them be defeated give up and for the misleading organization to strike. This is a common tactic with how California manages itself, which is what formulates the disdain of California in general these days.

Also, Ca EDD website suggested to leave a resume on cal jobs for quicker results....
This correlates well with the recent trend in the obsession with collecting data.  This is another underhanded move corning those with what is suppose to be a personal decision. Our official resumes have very private information. Yes, private information was already shared to fill out EDD.  Even more so why do they need a repeat on another state website? My resume is already floating somewhere in the abyss of the internet. I am kinda glad it is not the impressive and noticeable.
I am going to hold off on posting my Resume as they are requesting.

Everything seems to be more focused on data or obtaining what works as data.  If the internet job search and career development actually showed development for the individual applying maybe the concept of only for the data would not be considered. But the case is and currently socially accepted that the internet and technology is the only way to obtain today's work opportunities. It comes off the only option for applying and a socially agreed that it is mostly a waste of time in various ways since the endless amounts of applications filled only a very few call and then.....what was the point?

Nearing the End of April 2020

It must of been exciting for many. I admit, it was a relief to be forced to leave my dead end job. It was clear I was unwanted there. Now I am on a forced government vacation.

It is near the end of April and the with no surprise the governments promise weather California or the Feds have proven that the serving the public is not their best quality. They are just great at creating and reinforcing fantasies.

I place my self on the list for rent relief that was offered by the current town I live in -Mountain View.
It has been 3 weeks and still no progress.

EDD already assume I owe them $1500. Down from the horrid $2600 thanks to them stealing my tax return. I know this is a mistake because of their faulty website. Also, due to EDD assuming those receiving unemployment are apparently swindling criminals they feel that there is no need for accountability on their part.  Their crooked broken website and  invisible offices are perfect. Thrown in the angriest most power hungry individuals on their other line when the phone number is called. CA EDD current state is an embarrassment to say the least.

I qualify for the stimulus package. However, when it will be received is still unknown.

I hope those who read enjoy my journey.

I am oddly positive. I believe this stems from hoping that there will be restart on how things run here.
